Best Western Empire Towers

Loved the staff. Incredibly helpful in all needs and questions. Room looked and smelled clean and bright. Management very happy to help with anyone and their needs.

Very comfortable place. The front desk check-in woman was so sweet and welcoming! Basically clean room, a little dust here and there. Well maintained Comfortable beds. Standard but very adequate breakfast (waffles, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, several bread choices, yogurt, several cereal choices, biscuits and gravy, coffee, milk, several juice choices. TV had one random channel.

Great stay! The service, cleanliness and comfortability made our short stay feel like a mini vacay. Fantastic location!

We utilize this hotel when we have DJ's from out of town, Brides and Grooms from out of town, or even just for meetings with clients that are staying in the area. The staff has been very welcoming and never seem to have a problem with us. We have never noticed any cleanliness issues or rude behaviors. Always quite, always welcoming, and always a pleasure to work with. If you need a place to stay in Sioux Falls near the interstate and shopping areas, this is the place we say to go to. Huge shout out to the staff for helping when our vehicle wouldn't start one morning!

I'm a regular visitor of Best Western across the country. This Best Western has gone above and beyond. The staff were excellent, courteous, professional, helpful, and pleasant. They go above many on breakfast, with multiple options. Sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes, biscuits w/sausage gravy, and more. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. They are trucker friendly also. Thank you Best Western Empire Towers for going above and beyond.

Definitely my favorite hotel in Sioux Falls, and I have stayed at almost every one of them. Breakfast was top notch, staff was awesome, rooms were comfortably clean and spacious. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The only thing that I would change would be the tv and the channels, they’re a little outdated but we aren’t big tv watchers anyway so it wasn’t an issue and the vending machine upstairs wasn’t working and outdated, but the downstairs ones worked great. I traveled with a 10 year old and a giant Great Dane and we loved it here. I will admit I was a bit nervous because most of the hotels around this one are pretty rough to say the least. The dude that wrote the bad reviews stating there were bed bugs, must be confused because I didn’t even see dust in our room and I am a huge snob when it comes to cleanliness especially in hotels. I also know from experience how bad reviews effect businesses, and I think it’s extremely distasteful and unappealing that someone would make such a fuss and hurt a business, especially without proof clearly because they wanted a hand out or felt entitled. Gross behavior. I’ll definitely be staying again.

This property seems to currently be under renovation. I noticed a few things regarding this. However, you could not ask for a more friendly staff. Every little thing I needed they were right there with options available to me. I don't care if it was I needed another pillow or the TV services seem to be a little wonky. They did everything they could to fix it or provide what I needed. In the mornings the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The pool was a nice temperature. Maybe a little cool for my true liking but all in all I had a good time. The bed was comfortable and although I am not a fan of the carpet color, I didn't notice anything that seemed like it wasn't clean. The room as a whole was nice and clean. The sheer curtains seemed to have some issues but the front desk offered to move me rooms if I would like. They explained they were super excited for the new ones to get installed. They took me into what the front desk rep called the "demo room" and showed me what the new ones look like. They are beautiful and I feel like they will brighten up the room even more. I will stay at this hotel again when I have a need for a room. I would recommend it to anyone that will be staying in the area. By the way.... if you are hungry there are all sorts of restaurants in walking distance. That was really nice as well.

Awesome Best Western we have ever stayed at. The place was so clean and smells good. Oh yes the continental breakfast is Amazing and I mean they have Omelet and scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles.They where serving more for breakfast then country club and its half the price to stay a night. and the staff was so friendly and very helpful with all our needs considering we had an elderly on a wheelchair along with us on the trip. From the time we called and the time we arrived at this BWestern the customer service from Nora the front desk to meeting the GM was even surprised how well they made our stay feel like we was at home.
